Only the active and authintcated numbers are shown, but if the number is active and requires authintcation, please commuincate with the service provider through its own channels of communication to authintcate the number in order to avoid canceling the service.
If there are numbers registered with the ID entered in his / her knowledge, or if the service provider fails to execute a previous request for cancellation of service, or if the information generated by the service is challenged, you can file a complaint through a Customer care service channel of the service provider, and if the complaint is not processed within five working days by the service provider, you can apply for a service to escalate communications complaints with the agency through the link.
