First: Approval of a document notification “Earth Observation Platform Regulations”, as per the form attached with this decision.

Second: Document referred to in Clause (First) hereof shall enter into force act from the date of its issuance.

Third: This decision shall be communicated to whomever is necessary for its implementation.
