The existence of a valid registration or license as an operating facility in cloud computing activity
The ratio of the cost of electrical energy consumption (before the application of the tariff) to the operating costs of the facility for the cloud computing activity without raw material costs is higher than 20%
Separate the costs of the cloud computing activity in separate accounts from the rest of the other activities carried out by the facility.
Presence of electricity consumption meters dedicated to the facility's activity in cloud computing.
The annual electrical load factor for electrical consumption shall not be less than (80%)
