Permit to provide Internet exchange services (IXP)
The permit allows the provision of Internet exchange services, through which service providers can; Networking and exchanging traffic (excluding private exchanges through direct binary arrangements) between their networks (autonomous systems).

- A description of the services to be provided in the Kingdom.
- Technical specifications of the systems and devices to be used.
Terms and Condition
Submit the application through the electronic licensing system.
Submission of a valid commercial registry in the Kingdom, and its validity period shall not be less than three months, and it includes the required permit activity.
Provide information about the entity and the representative of the entity.
Provide an introductory overview of the entity.
Provide a description of the services to be provided in the Kingdom through this permit.
Provide the technical specifications of the systems and devices intended to be used in providing the service through this permit.
Providing regulatory requirements for the service.
Submit all required documents and information in Arabic. Supporting documents (if any) may be submitted in English.
Paying the fees for the works and services provided by the Authority to issue/renew the required license and permit in accordance with the “Regulations of Financial Interviews for Telecommunications Services” document published on the Authority website
