The Communications, Space, and Technology Commission (CST) has achieved the silver level in the seventh cycle of the King Abdulaziz Quality Award, among more than 400 organizations competing for the award. The award serves as the national standard for institutional excellence and total quality across both public and private sectors in the Kingdom.

This achievement reflects the Commission's continuous efforts to adopt institutional excellence methodologies and obtain all local and international accreditations in the field of quality. These efforts have resulted in several accomplishments that highlight outstanding performance, effective internal processes, and their impact on increasing trust and quality in all its operations.

It is worth noting that the award serves as a tool to achieve excellence in operations by providing an integrated framework to coordinate and manage all performance improvement activities. Additionally, it offers specific criteria that enable organizations to adopt excellence principles through the unified national model for institutional excellence standards.
